The Brookville Borough Police Department has charged a 35-year-old Brookville man with indecent assault and other related charges.
Police say the charges stem from an incident that occurred Jan. 27 when a juvenile female reported to her parents that she was touched inappropriately by her neighbor while she was at his residence.
The suspect denied the allegations, then reportedly admitted that he did touch the victim inappropriately over her clothes.
Police charged him with unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minor, and indecent assault.
