State Police reported that a Marion Center area woman was scammed out of $350 on Feb. 5th. Troopers say the scam involved steam gift cards and occurred at a location along Bence Road.

Police say an investigation is underway into a incident where a man allegedly grabbed and shoved a woman during an argument in Pine Creek Township of Jefferson County on Feb. 5th.
Troopers say the incident occurred at a location on Chamberlin Road when a 22-year-old Brookville man engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical with a 26-year-old New Bethlehem woman. The victim allegedly reported the man grabbed her and pushed her backward down a hallway. Police say the victim fell and the man fell on top of her.
The investigation is ongoing.
