Punxsutawney Borough Council voted Monday night to promote a member of the Punxsutawney sewer vactor crew.
According to the Punxsy Spirit, Council President said Derek Miller’s probation period with the sewer vactor crew was over and a motion was need to promote him to full-time status.
The motion passed and Miller was promoted to full time.
