A 34-year-old Punxsutawney man was arrested following a traffic stop in Punxsutawney Borough on Feb. 13th.
Troopers say they stopped the vehicle for a traffic violation on Pine Street near Orange Aly and found that the driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
Police say charges have been filed.

McCalmont Township Fire Chief and two troopers of the PA State Police Fire Marshal Unit in Ridgeway continued their investigation Monday into the cause of the fire that destroyed a vacant home in McCalmont Township early Sunday morning.
According to the Punxsy Spirit, Fire Chief Orrie Manners said the home along Highland Park Road was fully involved with flames. He said fire investigators have to look at some more evidence before they announce their conclusions.
