The Weather Discovery Center in Punxsutawney has recently added a Girl Scout Journey for Juniors program to their schedule.
According to the Punxsy Spirit, Executive Director of the Weather Center, Marlene Lellock says Get Moving Journey Day will be held April 24. She noted that journey programs are offered throughout the year and they they are currently offered for Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, and Cadettes.
The center also offers prescheduled tours.
Lellock says scout health and safety is most important and she recommends wearing masks and noted additional safety measures in place such as regularly disinfecting equipment and keeping attendees at a safe distance.
