
State Police in Punxsutawney say no injuries were reported following a one-vehicle crash in Pine Creek Township of Jefferson County on Saturday.
Troopers say the crash occurred along Knox Dale Road around 2:15 pm when the 17-year-old Brookville driver failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, ran off the road, and stuck and embankment.
Police say no injuries were reported following the incident.
The vehicle sustained severe front end damage and was towed from the scene.

A Jefferson County man who sexually assaulted four minors over a six-year period was sentenced to up to 80 years in state prison on Friday.
Jefferson County District Attorney Jeff Burkett announced that, after a Megan’s Law hearing on Friday, 32-year-old Andy Ryan Powell, formerly of Brookville and Sykesville, was sentenced to 36-80 years in state prison.
Powell was also found to be a sexually violent predator under Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law.
According to the release, on January 6 of this year, Powell pled guilty to multiple counts of Rape of a Child, Aggravated Indecent Assault, and related charges in connection with the sexual abuse of four children.

Multiple fire crews from Jefferson, Clearfield, and Elk counties responded to the scene of a structure fire in Falls Creek Sunday evening.
According to WJACtv.com, the fire was spotted around 6:00 pm Sunday along Main Street.
Fire crews were still reportedly on scene at 9:00 pm.
No further details have been released.
