
Indiana County District Attorney Bob Manzi announced Monday that a man caught in possession of heroin packaged for sale has been sentenced to up to six years in state prison.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, Joshua Duffy was sentenced to two to six years in state prison along with supervision conditions after parole for selling heroin in Indiana County. State Police conducted and investigation, got a search warrant, and found Duffy was in possession of heroin packaged for sale and were able to stop the sales from happening.
Troopers charged Duffy with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute heroin.
