According to the PSP based in DuBois, back in May 57-year-old Jeffery Wilson wrote a check for $15,000 to 42-year-old Jarrod Rees of Clearfield for materials to build a swimming pool. Wilson says the materials were never delivered and requested the money be returned.
The police reports states Rees spent the money; however, he never provided the pool supply company with a payment for materials.
Charges are pending through the MDJ.
