A Marion Center man was arrested Tuesday for robbing the InFirst Bank branch in Plumville.
33-year-old Brian Richard Potts faces charges of robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and making terroristic threats. Pennsylvania State Police based in Indiana said that Potts went into the bank and passed a threatening note to an employee and made off with $3,190 in cash.
Police were able to get a description of his car, which was found later that day in the parking lot of a Dollar General store in Rayne Township. Potts was found inside the women’s restroom and he was taken into custody without further incident.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 4th.
