Details have emerged about the Amish man who was transported to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh via Life Flight, following an accident in Warsaw Township of Jefferson County.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois report the incident occurred on the first of the month when 19 year old Mose Shetler of Brockway was making a right hand turn onto route 28 from Eagles Nest Road in his horse drawn buggy and failed to stop. Investigators say that’s when he was hit by 18 year old Creed Kneep, also of Brockway, who was traveling west on route 28.
Warsaw Fire Department and Jefferson County EMS assisted at the crash site.
