The average cost of a gallon of gas across the nation is going down, but Pennsylvania’s average continues to go up.
According to Triple A, drivers are paying $3.41 a gallon on average across the United States for gasoline. In Pennsylvania, the average cost remains high at $3.60 a gallon. This is an increase of three cents over last week, and 16 cents over the last month.
Looking at local counties: Jefferson’s average is $3.62, Indiana has the lowest at $3.56 a gallon, while Clearfield County is the highest in the region at $3.64 a gallon.
