Punxsutawney Borough Council elected a new president at its reorganization meeting last night.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, Jim Bianco is the new Punxsutawney Borough Council president, the published report adding, one thing on his agenda in this coming year is the issue of blight; also, three new members selected to council were Josh McAfoos, Devon Luzell and Eric Story.
