The Pennsylvania State Police, Punxsutawney barracks found the 25 year old suspect old, Haden Cole Roy, who is accused of attempting to steal a dirt bike on a property along Winslow Road, Gaskill Township, Jefferson County.
Roy allegedly brandished a semiautomatic handgun, pointing it towards the victim on Saturday morning around 8:15.
Pennsylvania State Police thank the public for their help.
