IUP President Dr. Michael Driscoll says the university will be open for in-person instruction when the spring semester begins next week.
Driscoll says after careful deliberation, the decision by the leadership team was based on several important factors, with some of the criteria includung: how well the university community has dealt with the pandemic over the past two years; the fact that all students living on the Indiana and Punxsutawney campuses are in suite-style residence halls, with their own bedrooms.
