A Punxsutawney man who was reported missing after last being seen in northern Indiana County Friday evening was found safe, according to the Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers from the Punxsutawney barracks say 32-year-old Alexander Dale Winebark was reported safe around 11:03 this morning. He was reported missing Saturday afternoon after it was reported that he left his mother’s home along Juneau Road in Canoe Township in what police described as a “manic state.” He suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Troopers do not say where he was found.

State police in Punxsutawney yesterday afternoon released a missing person alert for a Punxsutawney man who went missing after last being seen in northern Indiana County Friday evening.
32-year-old Alexander Dale Winebark left his mother’s home along Juneau Road in Canoe Township in what police describe as a “manic state”. He suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia .
Winebark is described as white, about 6-feet-1 inches tall, with blue eyes and brown hair. He was wearing gray sweatpants, a blue and gold plaid shirt, and light blue “Hey Dude” shoes.
Police say he may be in the Carrolltown, Ohio area, where he works. He was driving a black, two-door Fiat vehicle. Police advise that if you see him, use caution and contact your nearest authorities.
