The other man who escaped from the Clearfield County Jail nearly a month ago has been recaptured.
District Attorney Ryan Sayers said Lawrence Township Police Department, with assistance from Clearfield Borough Police, arrested Robert Miller. WJAC News reports Miller and Donald J. White were mowing grass before walking away on May 30th. Officials say they used a blind spot in the security camera system to flee.
White was captured on June 17th. Sayers said tips from the community helped in their efforts.
