A house was destroyed in a fire yesterday afternoon in Punxsutawney.
According to the Punxsutawney Spirit all three Punxsy VFD’s responded to Sutton Street around 2 pm along with McCalmont Township and Big Run fire departments.
The owner of the home was on his way to work when the fire broke out and according to the published report, no one was injured.
