Today is the last day for eligible Pennsylvanians to apply for assistance through the PA Marijuana Pardon Project.
More than 2,500 people have already applied for pardons through the project launched by Governor Tom Wolf and Lt. Governor John Fetterman. Governor Wolf says “Pennsylvanians convicted of simple marijuana charges are automatically disqualified from so many life opportunities”, adding he’s urging those eligible to apply and not miss an opportunity to “forge a new path.”
Fetterman says “now is the time to apply because we have no idea how long the legislature will continue refusing common sense legalization.”
