Pennsylvania State Police based in Punxsutawney say a 40-year-old Jeannette man was arrested for DUI with a nine-year-old child inside his Chevrolet Silverado.
The incident occurred near Allegheny Boulevard and Waterford Pike, Jefferson County on May 27.
Charges are pending and the suspect’s name was not released.
