Clarion State Police say two out of state males were arrested and arraigned on drug charges.
The incident occurred on December 6th around 9:30 in the morning when Clarion State Police responded to a car crash on I-80.
The investigation found the driver was at fault and under the influence of drugs. Both the driver and the passenger were in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Forty six year old Carlos Cabrera of Youngstown, Ohio and 30 year old Jose Caraballo of Elroy, Wisconsin were arraigned and lodged in the Clarion County Jail unable to post bail.

Clarion State Police arrested a New Castle woman for DUI and Drug charges.
Details are just emerging of a 57 year old female who was arrested on November 22nd just before noon for DUI and drug possession. The defendant was stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be under the influence of alcohol and possessing an unspecified controlled substance.
