Charges are now pending for a Shippenville man who was doing donuts with his vehicle in Clarion Borough.
According to Clarion State Police, back on October 28, troopers responded to a report of a Jeep doing donuts in the Strattanville area of Clarion Borough, Clarion County.
The driver, a 37 year old male from Shippenville, was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol and charges are now pending.
