Punxsutawney State Police caught a man who they say unlawfully entered a residence.
According to the report, an uninvited male had entered the residence of an elderly couple from Punxsutawney. Troopers say the incident occurred on Monday evening on Route 210 North Mahoning TWP , Indiana County. When Troopers arrived the suspect had fled the scene.
Troopers canvassed the area and located the man, who became confrontational with them. He refused verbal commands and began aggressively approaching the Troopers, who eventually Tazed him and he was taken into custody.
The male was identified as 37 year old Timothy Butterworth from Punxsutawney, who now faces six charges including: Criminal Trespass, Resisting Arrest and Terroristc Threats. Charges were filed in front of District Judge Guy Haberl.
