
A Mercer man was arraigned yesterday on two counts of homicide by vehicle while Driving Under the Influence and thirteen others charges.
Authorities say, twenty four year old Joseph Michael Flynn, from Clark, Mercer County was the driver of a truck that was involved in a fatal crash that happened back in April in Highland Township,.
According the criminal complaint, after midnight on April 14, Clarion State Police were called to a motor vehicle crash on Miola Road in Highland Township, Clarion County.
Police reports, There were four occupants in the truck at the time of the crash, one was pronounced dead at the scene. Flynn was arraigned in a Clarion County District Court yesterday morning on fifteen charges including, Homicide By Vehicle While DUI and Involuntary Manslaughter. Flynn is free on $50,000.00 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled Tuesday, February 5.
