A Marion Center man is due in Indiana court today for sentencing on child pornography charges.
Court filings detail 1,082 offenses, with about 50 of those for child pornography, against 21-year-old Bradley William Cregar. The other charges mentioned are for designing or copying obscene materials depicting a minor.
Cregar pleaded guilty to 10 misdemeanor counts. The incidents date back to December 2016.
Cregar underwent an evaluation by the Sexual Offender Assessment Board to determine if he will be designated a sexually violent predator. That decision will likely be a part of today’s sentencing.
Also scheduled for sentencing is 56-year-old Kadmiel Crawford of Emlenton, Venango County. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor indecent assault and also underwent evaluation for designation as a sexually violent predator.
