A hearing is set for a Brookville man who was allegedly intoxicated while picking up children at a Brookville elementary school.
Published reports show, 45-year-old Richard W. Murray of Brookville is scheduled to stand for a preliminary hearing in front of Magisterial District Judge Bazylak on January 10 on three charges, including DUI and endangering the welfare of children.
The lab report indicated that Murray’s BAC was a 0.23.
Murray was released on December 27 after he posted 10 percent bail ($4,000.00).
