Police in Franklin, quickly detained a man who allegedly tried to enter several vehicles with a knife during Saturday morning traffic near 15th and Eagle Streets.
ExploreClarion.com reports, witnesses described the man as a white guy wearing a brown coat and blue jeans, attempting to access cars while armed. The Franklin Police Department is asking any additional witnesses or victims to contact them at 814-437-1644.
