A 47-year-old Clarington man, Jason Fenney, faces burglary charges after allegedly breaking into a gaming machine at a New Bethlehem Borough business on August 24.
According to ExploreJeffersonPa.com, security footage identified Fenney by a distinctive tattoo and his vehicle. Police say he stole money from a machine after discovering the cash dispenser was empty. Fenney denied involvement during questioning. He is charged with burglary, theft, and possession of an instrument of crime, with a preliminary hearing pending.
