Pennsylvania authorities say 100-thousand organic eggs worth over 40-thousand dollars were stolen from the back of a truck over the weekend.
Police say the eggs were taken late Saturday night from the back of a distribution trailer outside an organic food center in Greencastle, south of Harrisburg. They offered no details on how such a major heist could have occurred unnoticed. So far, police say they have no leads and are asking anyone with information about the eggs to call Pennsylvania authorities.
