A man from Jefferson County is facing several charges after confessing to robbing a Dollar General in January while wearing his ex-girlfriend’s clothes.
According to ExploreJeffersonPa.Com, 31-year-old Bret Trunzo reportedly entered the store on January 18, implied he had a weapon, and stole $160 and cigarettes. He was identified after his ex-girlfriend told investigators about his involvement and said she saw him counting the stolen money.
During an April 15 interview, Trunzo also admitted to two other robberies in Clearfield County.
He’s currently in jail on $100,000 bail, with a court hearing set for April 29.
