A Brockway man faces charges of simple assault and harassment for an alleged domestic dispute.
According to court documents, the charges against 39-year-old Nathan P. Gunning of Brockway were waived and have been transferred to the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas.
Jury selection is set for June 6 in front of President Judge John H. Foradora, and Gunning is currently free on $20,000.00 unsecured bail.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on January 29th when Gunning allegedly grabbed a victim by her hair and banged her head off the kitchen floor.
