A car sustained disabling damage after hitting a trailer of a freight-liner on I 80 East.
The State Police in DuBois say the accident happened this past Tuesday around 10 pm on Interstate 80 near the DuBois/Brockway exit in Sandy Township, when a car driven by 30 year old Andriy Shendlarskyy of Illinois hit the back of a tractor-trailer driven by 64 year old Daniel Ehrlich of Burgettstown PA.
According to Troopers, both of them traveled a short distance until they left the roadway. Nobody was hurt, but Shendlarskyy was cited for driving too closely.
