A man from Honduras was arrested for having false identification.
According to the State Police in Clarion, the incident occurred on February 19, just after 10 in the morning on I 80 West by the Strattanville exit. Troopers pulled over 37 year old Joel Chirinos of Honduras for a traffic violation and he gave them a counterfeit Texas ID Card.
The State Police discovered he was recently deported and reentered the US. Chirinos was taken into custody, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County jail on 10 K Bond and an immigration detainer.
