The woman from Clarion who is accused of stealing a debit card from a woman who was incarcerated is now facing charges.
ExploreClarion.com cites the court documents that show charges of access device issued to another who did not authorize use and theft by unlawful taking-movable property were filed against 39 year old Turia Rose Miller of Clarion on February 21. A preliminary arraignment is set for March 4, in front of Judge Quinn.
