A Brookville man, who faces felony assault charges for an incident that allegedly happened at his residence earlier this month, had his preliminary date set.
According to ExploreJefferson.com, 37 year old Frank Carrier Jr., of Brookville was arraigned on February 15 on four charges, including aggravated assault and two counts of simple assault.
The published report says Carrier was released yesterday from the Jefferson County Jail after posting $2000 cash surety.
A preliminary hearing is set for March 14.
