Driving too fast for the conditions of the road is the reported cause of an accident on Allen Mills Road.
State Police in DuBois say the accident happened yesterday morning around 8, when 43 year old Matthew Milk was traveling East around a curve near Quinn Road in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County, while 44 year old Keith Reynolds, both from Brookville, was going West.
According to authorities, Milk swiped the left side of Reynolds’s vehicle, pushing him off the roadway.
Everyone was wearing seat belts and nobody was hurt. Milk was given a traffic citation.
