Two men who are accused of stealing scrap metal will have their preliminary hearings today.
ExploreClarion.com reports 24 year old Dustin Lee Neyman of Clarion and 23 year old Brandon Michael Sanford of Franklin will have be in front of Magisterial District Judge Duane Quinn this morning at 10.
The published report says they are both facing second-degree misdemeanor charges of theft of secondary metal and they were placed on ROR (released on own recognizance) following preliminary arraignments on January 4, 2019.
