A young dog was allegedly left outside without shelter in the cold.
The Brookville Borough Police investigated the incident that occurred on March 4 and cited a 24 year old woman from Brookville for neglect of an animal.
Authorities say they had taken the dog to a proper shelter and the citation was filed at the Magistrate’s Office.
