A woman from Brockway was in a single-vehicle accident in Washington Township of Jefferson County and police say she left the scene.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois on April 19th around 9 pm, 30 year-old Brittney Holt was traveling west on Airport Road and, for unknown reasons, left the roadway and hit a colvert near Perrin Road.
Authorities say Holt made it to a residential driveway and attempted to flee the crash site; however, she only made it about 300 yards before her vehicle could no longer function due to heavy damage.
State police found Holt at her residence the next day with a head injury and she was charged through the district court.
