ROUTE 436 CLOSURE PLANNED FOR BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION IN PUNXSUTAWNEY

PennDOT advises that Route 436 will close beginning October 29th as part of the construction of the new Margiotti Bridge in Punxsutawney.

Officials indicate the highway will be closed between Martha Street and Route 36/North Main Street in order to construct the roadway approach and curbing surrounding the new structure.

The closure should last until November 13th.
